I’ve got to be intentional about praying for my kids.

You know it’s important. So do I. The question is, “What are we going to do about it?” In my experience, there are a lot of people who spend time in the Bible, but many struggle to spend regular time in prayer. Want some help? Be intentional. Schedule a specific time every day to pray. Did you see the movie War Room? That woman not only prayed regularly, but she kept track of answered prayers. When it comes to your kids, be specific. Pray over each one by name and the specific needs. They can be spiritual, physical, or a time of thanksgiving. As we pray, remember, your Bible says, “The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working” (James 5:16 ESV).
